Dan Williams 3f7b39075c intel: XMM7360: move standalone protocol functions to their own file 
So we can unit-test all the parsing and building code more easily
without having to link to a bunch of serial port stuff.

Dan Williams 061a9956d0 broadband-modem,pantech: network time broken on UML290 
UML290 with firmware L0290VWBB12F.248 doesn't support QMI network
time and crashes when asked for AT network time too quickly after
being plugged in.

Stig M. Baugstø 0c167a5124 cellient: new generic plugin for Cellient modems with optional QMI 
Simple plugin handling Cellient (vid 0x2692) modems. Optional QMI
through the WITH_QMI compile flag. Disables QMI WDS PCO for the
Qualcomm-branded MPL200 by setting the ID_MM_QMI_PCO_DISABLED udev
tag, effectively preventing a modem crash.

Aleksander Morgado 5ea26af0e4 rolling: new plugin 
This plugin provides support for modems from Rolling Wireless. The
current approach is to re-use the AT-based and MBIM-based specific
modem implementations from the Fibocom plugin.

Based on an original implementation from:

Kamesh Relangi 2dac0a9e4f build: fix dependencies in huawei plugin helpers 
Compilation errors due to generated files is observed when
compiling in multi threaded environment, as the generated files
getting generated after they have been referred.

Fix: Added dependency in meson so that it will ensure that the
header is generated.

Aleksander Morgado 1373ca7e51 mtk: expect async SLAAC only in FM350 >= 29.23.06

29.23.06, so only wait for the IP configuration indications reporting

Aleksander Morgado 1c4da332ee build: new option to build plugins within the daemon binary 
Instead of creating libmm-plugin* and libmm-shared* libraries that are
dlopen()-ed on runtime, allow incorporating all plugins into the
daemon binary itself.

This makes the startup of the daemon much faster and also avoids
issues with builds that require linker namespace isolation.
