Daniele Palmas 2b196d897b telit: allow unlock retries loading for unknown error csim reply ...

When trying to lock the modem LE910S1 replies:

'AT+CSIM=1<CR>'
'<CR><LF>ERROR<CR><LF>'

but the modem actually supports CSIM unlock retries reporting.
