Subject: [PATCH] man: loader.conf(5): document auto-reboot/auto-poweroff

These options were added in v255 with commit
cb341090d061084accc9a45ec4b1d258954adba2, but were not documented as
standalone options in loader.conf. See #29440 for more information.
