Let's not leak details from src/shared and src/libsystemd into
src/basic, even though you can't actually do anything useful with
just forward declarations from src/shared.
The sd-forward.h header is put in src/libsystemd/sd-common as we
don't have a directory for shared internal headers for libsystemd
yet.
Let's also rename forward.h to basic-forward.h to keep things
self-explanatory.
Admittedly, some of our glyphs _are_ special, e.g. "O=" for SPECIAL_GLYPH_TOUCH ;)
But we don't need this in the name. The very long names make some invocations
very wordy, e.g. special_glyph(SPECIAL_GLYPH_SLIGHTLY_UNHAPPY_SMILEY).
Also, I want to add GLYPH_SPACE, which is not special at all.
This makes use of the infra introduced in 229d4a9806 to indicate visually on each prompt that we are in superuser mode temporarily.

Let's make systemd-nspawn use our own ptyfwd logic to handle the TTY by
default.
This adds a new setting --console=, inspired by nspawn's setting of the
same name. If --console=interactive= is used, then we'll do the TTY
dance on our own via ptyfwd, and thus get tinting, our usual hotkey
handling and similar.
Since qemu's own console is useful too, let's keep it around via
--console=native.
FInally, replace the --qemu-gui switch by --console=gui.
The enum definition, the two string tables and the test all were using
different orders (and in case of the test even missed entries).
Let's unify this, and make sure we always use the same order. This
settles the confusion, and makes the order used for the unicode string
table the canonical one, adjusting the other lists to match it. And adds
the missing entries to the tets.
Follow-ups for e3d4148d50.
- add reference to initrd-battery-check.service in man page, and move
its section from 1 to 8,
- add link to man page in help message,
- introduce ERRNO_IS_NO_PLYMOUTH(),
- propagate error in battery_check_send_plymouth_message(),
- rename battery_check_send_plymouth_message() -> plymouth_send_message(),
- return earlier when the first battery level check passed to reduce
indentation,
- fix potential use of invalid fd on battery restored,
- do not use emoji for /dev/console,
- add simple test (mostly for coverity),
etc, etc...
These functions are used pretty much independently of locale, i.e. the
only info relevant is whether th locale is UTF-8 or not. Hence let's
give this its own pair of .c/.h files.
