Daan De Meyer f102bc3e5f tree-wide: Introduce sd-forward.h and shared-forward.h headers
Let's not leak details from src/shared and src/libsystemd into
src/basic, even though you can't actually do anything useful with
just forward declarations from src/shared.

The sd-forward.h header is put in src/libsystemd/sd-common as we
don't have a directory for shared internal headers for libsystemd
yet.

Let's also rename forward.h to basic-forward.h to keep things
self-explanatory.

Yu Watanabe 1bfa47418e nspawn: remove macvlan interfaces before network namespace died
This is similar to what we do for veth interfaces in remove_veth_links().

When a container rebooted, macvlan interfaces created by the previous
boot may still exist in the kernel, and that causes -EADDRINUSE after
reboot.

Hopefully fixes #680.

Yu Watanabe a342d9e087 nspawn: resolve network interface names before moving to container network namespace
To escape a kernel issue fixed by
https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/8e15aee621618a3ee3abecaf1fd8c1428098b7ef,
let's resolve provided interface names earlier, and adjust the interface
name pairs with the result.

Fixes #31104.

Thierry Martin 2f091b1b49 nspawn: container network interface naming
systemd-nspawn now optionally supports colon-separated pair of
host interface name and container interface name for --network-macvlan, --network-ipvlan and --network-interface options.
Also supported in .nspawn configuration files (i.e Interface=, MACVLAN=, IPVLAN= parameters).

man page changed for ntwk interface naming

Lennart Poettering 0c69794138 tree-wide: remove Lennart's copyright lines
These lines are generally out-of-date, incomplete and unnecessary. With
SPDX and git repository much more accurate and fine grained information
about licensing and authorship is available, hence let's drop the
per-file copyright notice. Of course, removing copyright lines of others
is problematic, hence this commit only removes my own lines and leaves
all others untouched. It might be nicer if sooner or later those could
go away too, making git the only and accurate source of authorship
information.

Lennart Poettering 818bf54632 tree-wide: drop 'This file is part of systemd' blurb
This part of the copyright blurb stems from the GPL use recommendations:

https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.en.html

The concept appears to originate in times where version control was per
file, instead of per tree, and was a way to glue the files together.
Ultimately, we nowadays don't live in that world anymore, and this
information is entirely useless anyway, as people are very welcome to
copy these files into any projects they like, and they shouldn't have to
change bits that are part of our copyright header for that.

hence, let's just get rid of this old cruft, and shorten our codebase a
bit.

Zbigniew Jędrzejewski-Szmek 11a1589223 tree-wide: drop license boilerplate
Files which are installed as-is (any .service and other unit files, .conf
files, .policy files, etc), are left as is. My assumption is that SPDX
identifiers are not yet that well known, so it's better to retain the
extended header to avoid any doubt.

I also kept any copyright lines. We can probably remove them, but it'd nice to
obtain explicit acks from all involved authors before doing that.

Lennart Poettering 22b28dfdc7 nspawn: add new --network-zone= switch for automatically managed bridge devices
This adds a new concept of network "zones", which are little more than bridge
devices that are automatically managed by nspawn: when the first container
referencing a bridge is started, the bridge device is created, when the last
container referencing it is removed the bridge device is removed again. Besides
this logic --network-zone= is pretty much identical to --network-bridge=.

The usecase for this is to make it easy to run multiple related containers
(think MySQL in one and Apache in another) in a common, named virtual Ethernet
broadcast zone, that only exists as long as one of them is running, and fully
automatically managed otherwise.

Lennart Poettering f6d6bad146 nspawn: add new --network-veth-extra= switch for defining additional veth links
The new switch operates like --network-veth, but may be specified
multiple times (to define multiple link pairs) and allows flexible
definition of the interface names.

This is an independent reimplementation of #1678, but defines different
semantics, keeping the behaviour completely independent of
--network-veth. It also comes will full hook-up for .nspawn files, and
the matching documentation.
