Philip Withnall 7757ec3317 sysupdate: Add varlink CheckNew() method
This is the first varlink method added to sysupdate. The D-Bus interface
(via sysupdated) will remain for now; the varlink interface will exist
in parallel.

This method can be called via:
```
varlinkctl call ./path/to/systemd-sysupdate \
  io.systemd.SysUpdate.CheckNew \
  '{"target":{"class":"host"}}'
SYSTEMD_SYSUPDATE_NO_VERIFY=1 \
varlinkctl call ./path/to/systemd-sysupdate \
  io.systemd.SysUpdate.CheckNew \
  '{"target":{"class":"component","name":"some-component"}}'
```

This includes some changes to run the integration tests again using the
varlink interface rather than running `systemd-sysupdate` directly, to
test the new interface.

Philip Withnall f91ac1ac26 sysupdate: Move global arg_* variables into Context
This is another step towards varlinkifying the program, as it means the
various verb implementations are no longer relying on global state from
the command line.

As part of this, move init of the `Context` struct into a new
`context_from_cmdline()` function.

Additionally pass some context into config parsing `userdata` arguments,
as various config parsers were using `arg_root` via a sneaky `extern`.

This introduces no functional changes.

Philip Withnall ed088f820e sysupdate: Change Context to be stack allocated
There’s no need for it to be heap allocated — there’s only ever one
instance of it, and it’s allocated for the lifetime of a `verb_*()`
function.

Simplify things a bit by making it stack allocated. This will also help
with upcoming commits where we introduce derived context structs to help
with varlinkifying sysupdate. By allowing `Context` to be stack
allocated we can include it in the derived context structs.

As part of this, rename `context_make_{offline,online}()` to
`context_load_{offline,online}()` for clarity (since they no longer init
the struct).

This introduces no functional changes.

Philip Withnall 49cf024c0b sysupdate: Factor process_image() into context_make_{offline,online}()
`process_image()` is always called immediately before (almost) every
`context_make_online()` or `context_make_offline()`, and the structures
it allocates have the same lifetime as `Context`, so we might as well
factor them all together to reduce duplication.

This will also simplify the following commit, which changes heap
allocation of `Context`s, and simplify upcoming changes to factor out
`arg_*` handling.

The call in `verb_pending_or_reboot()` is safe because it already
validates that `arg_image` is `NULL`, hence `process_image()` will bail
out early.

This introduces no functional changes.

Philip Withnall 7f3c27128b sysupdate: Factor context creation out of installdb_cleanup_component()
This makes it like all the other verbs and therefore easier to refactor.

At the same time, remove the separate `component` argument and instead
use the `component` set on the `Context`. This guards against bugs, as
various parts of the `Context` state depend on the component (for
example, `installdb_fd`) and overriding the component without also
overriding its dependent variables will lead to bugs.

Lennart Poettering d82e256bb9 sysupdate: introduce "installdb" that keeps track of installed resources
Let's make sure we keep track of any file we drop into the system via a
database in /var/. This database is implemented based on symlinks, i.e.
reuses the fs as a simple database. Given the database most likely will
have <= 10 entries only (as we store *patterns* of installed file paths in
them, not the file paths themselves), this should be very efficient.

For implementation details see comments at top of
src/sysupdate/sysupdate-cleanup.c.

Adrian Vovk e1384cfb09 sysupdate: Introduce optional features
Optional features allow distros to define sets of transfers that can
be enabled or disabled by the system administrator. This is useful for
situations where a distro may want to ship some resources version-locked
to the core OS, but many people have no need for the resource, such as:
development tools/compilers, drivers for specialized hardware, language
packs, etc

We also rename sysupdate.d/*.conf -> sysupdate.d/*.transfer, because
now there are more than one type of definition in sysupdate.d/. For
backwards compat, we still load *.conf files as long as no *.transfer
files are found and the *.conf files don't try to declare themselves
as part of any features

Daan De Meyer c1852f9d5f sysupdate: Add --transfer-source=
In mkosi, I want to add a sysupdate verb to wrap systemd-sysupdate.
The definitions will be picked up from mkosi.sysupdate/ and passed
to systemd-sysupdate. I want users to be able to write transfer
definitions that are independent of the output directory used by
mkosi. To make this possible, it should be possible to specify the
directory that transfer sources should be looked up in on the sysupdate
command line. Let's allow this via a new --transfer-source= option.

Additionally, transfer sources that want to take advantage of this
feature should specify PathRelativeTo=directory to indicate the configured
Path= is interpreted relative to the tranfer source directory specified
on the CLI.

This allows for the following transfer definition to be put in
mkosi.sysupdate:

"""
[Transfer]
ProtectVersion=%A

[Source]
Type=regular-file
Path=/
PathRelativeTo=directory
MatchPattern=ParticleOS_@v.usr-%a.@u.raw

[Target]
Type=partition
Path=auto
MatchPattern=ParticleOS_@v
MatchPartitionType=usr
PartitionFlags=0
ReadOnly=1
