Tim Schumacher e0ec80d63c udev: Tag debug appliance nodes as xaccess-debug-appliance
This is especially helpful for people who are running headless (i.e.
SSH-only) Android platform development setups with testing devices
attached.

Mario Limonciello 9d3b73d9bf udev: tag kfd devices for xaccess-render (#40888)
The kfd device is used for running compute workloads on AMD
GPUs. Users that are logged in should be able to run compute
so tag them like other DRM and ACCEL devices are.

Mario Limonciello (AMD) e30c044c23 Tag accel devices for uaccess-render
accel devices are used for things like NPUs and should be tagged
for the logged in user just like GPUs are.

Alessandro Astone 753341a221 rules: Tag DRM render nodes with xaccess
When systemd is compiled with group-render-mode=0660, only the active seat
gets access to the render devices through uaccess. Remote desktop sessions
like gnome-remote-desktop would be left with no hardware rendering, because
those sessions are not associated with a seat.

Tag the render nodes with "xaccess" so that access is also granted to remote
sessions created with XDG_SESSION_EXTRA_DEVICE_ACCESS=1

Bastien Nocera e1c6819192 hwdb: Make 3D mice work out-of-the-box
According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3Dconnexion, 3D mice are:
human interface devices for manipulating and navigating
computer-generated 3D imagery. These devices are often referred to as
3D motion controllers, 3D navigation devices, 6DOF devices (six
degrees of freedom) or a 3D mouse.

Applications that want to support 3D mice on Linux are expected to
either use spacenavd and its library, or consume the HID output
directly.

This patch makes it possible for a number of applications that use 3D
mice directly to work out of the box, such as PrusaSlicer and its
derivatives.

Hans de Goede fd820e76e4 rules: Add uaccess tag to /dev/udmabuf
In some cases userspace may need to create dmabuffers from userspace
on such example is the software ISP part of libcamera which needs to
allocate dma-buffers for the output of the software ISP.

At first the plan was to allow console users access to /dev/dma_heap/*,
this was discussed with various kernel folks here:
https://lore.kernel.org/all/bb372250-e8b8-4458-bc99-dd8365b06991@redhat.com/

Giving console users access to the dma_heap's was deemed a bad idea
because memory allocated this way is not accounted in cgroup limits.

Giving access to /dev/udmabuf OTOH was deemed acceptable so that
is what this patch adds.
