Luca Boccassi 7f3bb8f20d coredump filter: add mask for 'all' using UINT32_MAX, not UINT64_MAX
The kernel returns ERANGE when UINT64_MAX is passed. Create a mask
and use UINT32_max, which is accepted, so that future bits will also
be set.

Zbigniew Jędrzejewski-Szmek cb38fdbedb coredump: split out parse_auxv() to src/shared/
No functional change. (We already checked for ELFCLASS32 or ELFCLASS64 before,
so even though there's a new check for other architectures, the only caller
only passes ELFCLASS32 or ELFCLASS64.)

Zbigniew Jędrzejewski-Szmek 2d93c20e5f tree-wide: use -EINVAL for enum invalid values
As suggested in https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/11484#issuecomment-775288617.

This does not touch anything exposed in src/systemd. Changing the defines there
would be a compatibility break.

Note that tests are broken after this commit. They will be fixed in the next one.
