constants.h defines a bunch of constants that use macros from
time-util.h, so add the needed include. To avoid cyclic dependencies,
we move the HAS_FEATURE_MEMORY_SANITIZER and HAS_FEATURE_ADDRESS_SANITIZER
logic to macro.h and get rid of the constants.h include there.
The rest of this commit is adding missing constants.h includes where
needed due to it being removed from macro.h.
Instead of unconditionally including sys/param.h in
macro-fundamental.h which itself includes a bunch of other unnecessary
headers, let's override it with an empty file to avoid it from overriding
our MAX() macro. We can't make including it an error as it's included (
for seemingly no good reason) by <resolv.h>.
abs() requires including the entirety of stdlib.h just for a single
trivial function. Let's introduce the ABS() macro and use it in header
files instead so we can get rid of stdlib.h transitive includes in header
files in a later commit.
ASSERT_PTR() and friends in assert-fundamental.h make use of assert()
and assert_se() which when not building for sd-boot are defined in
assert-util.h. Because assert() from glibc is only overridden in
assert-util.h, the macros in assert-fundamental.h still end up using
the glibc assert.
Let's fix this by moving the required macros and related logic to
assert-fundamental.h.
Now that the necessary functions from log.h have been moved to macro.h,
we can stop including log.h in macro.h. This requires modifying source
files all over the tree to include log.h instead.
Various functions in log.h are only used by asserts, and there's
enough assertion related stuff in macro.h to justify a separate header
which also makes it easier to avoid circular dependencies.
Let's introduce assert-util.h and an accompanying fundamental header
and move all the assertion related stuff over there. PROJECT_FILE is
moved over to macro.h.
Let's keep macro.h for the extremely generic macros that don't fit anywhere
else. Since CLEANUP_ARRAY() is already in memory-util-fundamental.h, we can
make a good case for moving the other cleanup macros in there as well.
note that this slightly changes the semantic of assert when NDEBUG is
defined. if there's an extern function call (without attribute pure or
similar) then the compiler has to assume it has side effects and still
emit the function call.
whereas the old assert guaranteed that nothing will be evaluated on
NDEBUG.

Add function to create openssl pkey from ECC curve and point, and function to
get curve id and x/y point from existing ECC pkey. Also add function to create
new ECC key for specified curve.
Also add DEFINE_TRIVIAL_CLEANUP_FUNC_FULL_MACRO() to handle case when func() is
a macro, not a function symbol; specifically in this case it is used for
OPENSSL_free() which is a macro.
We translate 'all' to UNIT64_MAX, which has a lot more 'f's. Use the
helper macro, since a decimal uint64_t will always be >> than a hex
representation.

IN C23, thread_local is a reserved keyword and we shall therefore
do nothing to redefine it. glibc has it defined for older standard
version with the right conditions.
v2 by Yu Watanabe:
Move the definition to missing_threads.h like the way we define e.g.
missing syscalls or missing definitions, and include it by the users.

clang puts the whole function signature in __PRETTY_FUNCTION__, which is
a bit excessive for something that can already be figured out by using
the line number.
The name "def.h" originates from before the rule of "no needless abbreviations"
was established. Let's rename the file to clarify that it contains a collection
of various semi-related constants.
The overflow check for ref counting should not be subject to NDEBUG,
hence upgrade assert() → assert_se(). (The check for zero is an
immediate bug in our code, and should be impossible to trigger, hence
it's fine if the check is optimized away if people are crazy enough to
set NDEBUG, so that can stay assert())

To make sure we don't miss any _exit() calls let's move the
coverage-related tweaks into a separate header file and include it
explicitly on the compiler command line using -include when a coverage
build is requested.

So far DECIMAL_STR_MAX() overestimated the types in two ways: it would
also adds space for a "-" for unsigned types.
And it would always return the same size for 64bit values regardless of
signedness, even though the longest maximum numbers for signed and
unsigned differ in length by one digit. i.e. 2^64-1 (i.e. UINT64_MAX) is
one decimal digit longer than -2^63 (INT64_MIN) - for the other integer
widths the number of digits in the "longest" decimal value is always the
same, regardless of signedness. by example: strlen("65535") ==
strlen("32768") (i.e. the relevant 16 bit limits) holds — and similar
for 8bit and 32bit integer width limits — but
strlen("18446744073709551615") > strlen("9223372036854775808") (i.e. the
relevant 64 bit limits).
Let's fix both misestimations.
With negative numbers we wouldn't account for the minus sign, thus
returning a string with one character too short, triggering buffer
overflows in certain situations.
