Dynamically load liblz4, libzstd and liblzma with dlopen().
This helps to reduce the size of the initrd image when these libraries
are not really needed.
let's make userspace verity signature checking optional. This adds a
dissection flag to enable the logic and patches through all our users to
enable it by default, thus effectively not changing anything from the
status quo ante. However, know we have a knob to turn this off in
certain scenarios.

This allows us to pin the process locally when GetUnitByPIDFD
is not available, just like what we have been doing for
'systemctl whoami'. Also, fix looking up remote pid.
We can't use pidfd for those.
Skip using pidfds if we get a permission denied error.
This can happen with an old policy and a new kernel that uses the
new pidfs filesystem to back pidfds, instead of anonymous inodes,
as the existing policy denies access.
This is already the case for most uses of pidfd_open, like pidref,
but not on these two. Fix them.
This functionality relied on telinit being available in a different path
then the compat symlink shipped by systemd itself. This is no longer the
case for any known distro, so remove that code.

With the `--image` option, the `running_in_chroot` check is not enough. E.g.:
```
> build/systemctl --image /tmp/20240108-openSUSE.raw is-system-running
running
```
Since libfuzzer feeds a single fuzzing process with multiple inputs, we
might carry over arg_transport from a previous invocation, tripping over
the assert in acquire_bus():

These are unused or used in the same order. So, this patch does not
change any behavior, just for naming consistency with the function
prototype.
Closes#30570.
While at it, rephrase the output a bit. Before this commit, if
the pid doesn't exist, we output something hard to interpret -
"Failed to get unit for ourselves".
This is a fancy wrapper around "cat <<EOF", but:
- the user doesn't need to figure out the file name,
- parent directories are created automatically,
- daemon-reload is implied,
so it's a convenient way to create units or drop-ins.
Closes https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/21862.
Otherwise we get a not very nice message when trying to display a
non-existent man page:
~# systemctl cat test.service

Description=Hello
[Service]
ExecStart=true
~# systemctl help test.service

Systemd 255 changed the semantic of MemoryAvailable with 3565c709f5 ("cgroup:
Fix MemoryAvailable= by considering physical memory"). If there is no
artificial constraint, it will hold the amount of available physical memory,
while it previously contained UINT64_MAX.
While the change in MemoryAvailable's semantic is sensible, it causes
`systemctl status` to always display the available physical memory. This
creates a lot of noise, especially since systemd recently started to also show
the "peak" memory. For example
$ systemctl status foo
…
Memory: 3.9G (available: 21.2G peak: 5.4G)
…
However, while peak memory is a unit specific value, the available memory, when
not derived from artificial memory limits, is a generic property that holds the
same value for all units that are not under memory accounting
constraints. Displaying it under those circumstances can therefore be
considered being noisy.
Before 3565c709f5 ("cgroup: Fix MemoryAvailable= by considering physical
memory") "systemctl status" would only show the available memory if it was
caused by a explicit memory limitation due to MemoryHigh or MemoryMax.
This commit restores this behavior by supressing displaying the available
memory if is is merely the available phyiscal memory. For example
$ systemctl status foo
…
Memory: 3.9G (peak: 5.4G)
…

And be more careful when adding color to log lines:
1. Apply color derived from load state only to load state (and in
special cases to the circle at the beginning of the line)
2. Apply color derived from active/sub states only to active/sub states
(and in special cases to the circle at the beginning of the line)
3. Special case the "exited" state of services, i.e. make the substate
grey, as in this case the service is active, yet consumes no
resources.
4. Cover the "inactive" state properly, by greying it our too
5. Downgrade the load state of "not-found" from red to yellow, since
it's not really a case one needs to be come active on.
Those functions take a pointer to a timestamp and return a timestamp pointer,
so the reader would be justified to think that those are just getters. Rename
them to avoid confusion.
In systemctl-show we only show current swap if ever swapped or non-zero. This
reduces the noise on swapless systems, that would otherwise always show a swap
value that never has the chance to become non-zero. It further reduces the
noise for services that never swapped.
