Frantisek Sumsal 7294632c2c test: introduce TEST-08-INITRD
And move the initrd related tests from TEST-01-BASIC there.

Additionally, this should provide coverage for recemt shutdown initrd
related issues, see:

Frantisek Sumsal 8256994c63 test: check if we correctly propagate /run mounts during switch root
Since 7c764d4 we bind mount certain directories during switch root
instead of moving the mount directly, and for /run we do this without
MS_REC. This, unfortunately, leaves all mounts under /run behind
in the old root, which breaks certain use cases.

Frantisek Sumsal 837773add4 Revert "test: add test case for systemd-update-utmp vs daemon-reexec"
Temporarily revert the test case for #27167, as the additional
daemon-reexecs exacerbate #27287, making CIs fail quite often.
As the #27167 is also covered by TEST-01-BASIC itself, since we do
daemon-reexec there anyway, we shouldn't lose any coverage, but it
should make CIs more stable until #27287 is figured out.

Resolves (or more like works around): #27807

This reverts commit d689f70a2c.

Frantisek Sumsal 9acb7ee425 test: check if we skip the full setup on daemon-reexec (again)
My original assumption in 61961e693d was wrong, since we do reset
/dev/console during reexec (see make_console_stdio()), so the test was
quite racy. Let's replace it with something, hopefully, more reliable.

Follow-up to 61961e693d.
