Zbigniew Jędrzejewski-Szmek 6868cee66f bootctl: convert to VERB_COMMAND and add --introspect-cli ...

The custom help() is replaced by a COMMAND() description, and
--introspect-cli is added. The "help" verb was defined as visible but the
old help() only printed the named verb groups, so it was never shown; it is
now hidden explicitly to keep the output unchanged.
