Zbigniew Jędrzejewski-Szmek bde24b07b4 systemd-imds: convert to VERB_COMMAND and add --introspect-cli ...

The custom help() is replaced by a COMMAND() description, and
--introspect-cli is added. The abstract is left as it was, nonimperative.
I tried a few different forms but couldn't find one that was clearly
better.
