Zbigniew Jędrzejewski-Szmek bf08fc692a nspawn: convert to VERB_COMMAND and add --introspect-cli ...

The custom help() is replaced by a COMMAND() description, and
--introspect-cli is added. The generic options at the top now get an
"Options" heading like the other groups.
