README: Fix gdbus test command
It is TriggerFeedback and not Feedback (anymore). Also add a note how to
end the feedback in order to prevent loss of hearing :-).

feedbackd: Support visual feedback via LEDs
Currently all LED feedbacks are infinite we can improve that
later on by using the 'repeat' attribute of the LED pattern
trigger.

Allow to lower the feedback level per application
We munge the application id the same way as it's done
for notifications so these can eventually move into
the same schema.
