mkosi: update nura commit reference to 7a6b81a4f1a7a510d088a5874bebcf2b200b69b3

* 7a6b81a4f1 Revert "systemd/systemd: build with SELinux support"
* 1e70e1b89a systemd/systemd: add patch to fix nsresourced failure

Alpine updated linux-pam 1.7.1-r3 to 1.7.1-r4, which disables SELinux
support again [1]. Hence, systemd also needs to be built without
SELinux support [2]. Otherwise, all operations that require PAM fail.
