dissect-image: pass through DISSECT_IMAGE_VERITY_SHARE to mountfsd via varlink if set

This ensures user services using RootImage=, ExtensionImages= etc. also try to reuse existing verity devices, like system services. Follow-up for 57d1ceffb3
