PCPanel makes USB desktop controllers (knobs, sliders, buttons) used to control audio levels, streaming software and lighting. They are driven from userspace through hidraw, like the other controllers in this file. PCPanel reuses the vendor IDs of the microcontroller makers (STMicroelectronics 0483, Microchip 04d8) with its own product IDs.
