Yu Watanabe d02c6f5461 udev-ctrl: use sd_event and introduce udev_ctrl_start() 
Now the new callback function get enum udev_ctrl_msg_type.
So, this commit also drops udev_ctrl_connection and udev_ctrl_msg.
